To this end, we would like to establish the 『Ethics Charter』 that the company and its executives and employees must adhere to as follows, and use it as the standard for our actions and value judgments and pledge to put it into practice.

First, We secure competitiveness through steady technological development, product improvement, and the highest quality, while minimizing costs. We practice customer-first principles through service that leads to customer satisfaction.
First, We actively participate in public interest activities to create a prosperous and advanced society. We contribute to the realization of a prosperous and advanced society through our social responsibility and ethics.
First, We must comply with all applicable laws and respect the fair competition market order. We grow into an excellent global company that pursues mutual prosperity by cooperating with others.

Employee Code of Conduct

· Prohibition of transactions of money, goods, etc. from stakeholders
Employees must not accept cases from stakeholders, regardless of the reason. If a stakeholder presents a case, employees must politely decline or return it. Family members of executives and employees should also not receive or request rewards from stakeholders that employees believe are related to their work. The following are examples of prohibited transactions, which include all acts that are commonly understood to be gaining an unfair advantage by using one's position:
· Prohibition of manipulation and false reporting of company-related information
모All financial and non-financial information related to the company must be prepared transparently, accurately, and completely in accordance with all applicable financial reporting standards and reported to all stakeholders.
· Fair trade and competition with partner companies
All applicable competition and antitrust laws must be strictly complied with. When selecting a partner company, the best partner must be selected fairly and transparently. These principles must be applied to all transactions, regardless of size or complexity. Any changes to the terms and conditions of a business relationship with a partner must be made for clear and justifiable reasons and in a transparent manner. All business relationships with partners must be fair and equitable, and no party should take advantage of their superior bargaining position.
· Prohibition of bribery and corruption
Executives and employees must comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations when performing their duties. This means that they must not bribe public officials for personal gain. Any potential violations of anti-corruption laws and regulations must be immediately reported to management and the legal department. Decisions must not be made without consultation with the legal department.
· Creating a healthy organizational culture
Executives and employees must respect and treat each other with dignity, and must not engage in discriminatory or harassing behavior. We do not discriminate on the grounds of race, nationality, gender, age, education, religion, region of origin, disability, marital status, sexual identity, or political differences. We must understand and respect the diversity of our workforce, and maintain a working environment where creativity and innovative ideas can be expressed. We prohibit all online and offline workplace bullying practices that insult the character of employees or undermine human dignity, such as violence, bullying, or threats, whether verbal or physical. In our communication, we should be honest and respectful, without distorting our true feelings or causing unnecessary misunderstandings.
· Protection of company assets
Company assets must be used only for the company's business activities and purposes that have been approved by management. Officers and employees are responsible for protecting company assets against loss, misuse, or theft. Using company assets for purposes other than those intended or for personal use, or taking them outside of the company without prior approval from management, is strictly prohibited.
